'R U OK?' TALKING ABOUT NEEDING THAT HELPING HAND

Hello, and good day to you all, as I welcome you to my first (well, second!) blog post on ThisisShadEO9!

So, I toyed around with the idea of sharing this Vlog for sometime today after recording it before finally choosing to do so. But why?

I didn't want the world to judge me too harshly, or feel as though I was being anything less than my usual upbeat, humourous self for being a touch open and honest. 

But it was then that I realized that if this message helps just one other person who is sat behind their computer, phone or TV screen watching, then it simply HAS to be worth uploading and sharing with the world.

Please never feel you're worth anything less than you are worth, reach out to those around you, trust a close friend or family member and never become a closed book as your problem will only multiply in doing so. 

Sometimes we just need to be heard, and why not start that process today?
